WHY AM I SHARING MY WRITINGS?

I write because I want to share my ideas and let others feel what I feel. My hope is that readers will find empathy — that through my words, we can connect with one another on a human level.
I don’t believe any creative soul wants to hide their work. Think about it: even God, the ultimate creator in human imagination, seeks connection through prayers.
For me, writing is more than just expression — it’s a necessity. Living with bipolar disorder, I experience bursts of creativity during hypomanic phases, where ideas flow freely and passionately. But then depression follows, clouding my confidence and making me question everything I’ve created. I often think my ideas are foolish or worthless. Still, there’s always that lingering question: What if I shared this?
That question keeps me writing, sharing, and creating. Because art, like life, wants to be seen and heard.
Sometimes I’ll write poems in Turkish — and I’ll include the English translation too. But of course, the original taste, the rhythm, the soul... it lives in the Turkish. That’s where the poetry truly breathes. Sorry for that!
